| dc.description.abstract | The Guidelines for Preparation of Plans and Budget for 2020/21 have been prepared in accordance with Section 21 of the Budget Act, CAP 439. The Guidelines provide general and specific instructions to be adhered by Accounting Officers of Ministries, Departments, Agencies, Regional Secretariats, Local Government Authorities and other Public Entities during the preparation and execution of plans and budget for 2020/21 in order to attain the objectives of the National Vision 2025. | en_US |
