| dc.description.abstract | The Plans and Budget Guidelines (PBG) for the year 2014/15 is the fourth in implementing the Five Year Development Plan 2011/12-2015/16. The utmost goal of PBG is to achieve the highest economic and social welfare for all citizens through strategic investments in socio-economic development.
