| dc.description.abstract | This is the third edition of the citizen budget which intends to explain the Government budget for the 2013/14 financial year in simple and easily understood language to Tanzanians. The Government budget is a financial plan detailing how the Government intends to raise and how it intends to spend financial resources. It is the main economic policy tool of the Government and indicates how it plans to use public resources to meet policy goals. It explains how the Government plans to collect money from various sources and how it will spend it over the course of the year in order to meet the aspirations of the people. | en_US |
