The Tax Adminitration (Transfer Princing) Regulations, 2018

Abstract

These Regulations shall apply to a controlled transaction if a person who is a part to the transaction is located in, and is subject to tax in the United Republic and other person who is a party to the transacted in or outside the United Republic.
