The Evidence Act, 1967

Abstract

This Act shall apply to all judicial proceedings in Tanganyika in or before the High Court and all magistrates' courts except Primary Courts, but not to affidavits presented to any court or officer nor, subject to section 76, to proceedings before an arbitrator.
