Abstract

These Regulations may be cited as the Banking and Financial Institutions (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 and shall be read as one with the Banking and Financial Institutions (Licensing) Regulations, 2014 hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations
