Abstract

Honourable Speaker, I beg to submit to your Esteemed Parliament, resolves to receive, debate and approve the Government’s proposals for Revenue and Expenditure Estimates for 2023/24. This budget is presented in line with Article 137 of the Constitution of the United Republic of Tanzania of 1977; Section 23 (3) of the Budget Act, CAP 439; and Article 124 (4) of the Standing Orders of Parliament, February 2023 Edition
