dc.description.abstract	The Government borrowing and debt management is guided by the Government Loans Guarantees and Grants Act Cap. 134 and its Regulations. The Act requires the Government to prepare the Medium Term Debt Management Strategy and Annual Borrowing Plan consistent with the overall fiscal framework for the purpose of ensuring Macroeconomic stability over the medium term. The main objectives of the Government Debt Management as stipulated in the Act are to ensure that the financing needs of the Government are met at a minimum cost and an acceptable level of risks.	en_US
