This Public Private Partnership (PPP) Agreement has been prepared as a simplified, standardized Model version of a “normal” PPP Agreement for PPP Project. It serves as a 12th Schedule to the PPP Standard Model Request for Proposal DocumentsVersion No. PPRA/PPP/08/2021/RFP. It provides a simplified treatment of most matters and some matters are not dealt with at all. The aim is to ensure the document is as understandable and easy to use as possible while retaining the essential elements of a PPP Agreement.
