orderly, fair and efficient capital market and securities industry in Tanzania, to make provisions with respect to stock exchanges,
stockbrokers and other persons dealing in securities, and for connected purposes.

These Regulations may be cited as the Gaming (Amendment) Regulations, 2023, and shall be read as one with the Gaming Regulations, 2003, hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”.
