dc.description.abstract	The Plan and Budget Guidelines (PBGs) for 2012/13 are being issued in the backdrop of the first Five Year Development Plan (FYDP I) 2011/12 – 2015/16 and MKUKUTA II (2010/11-2014/15). The Guidelines are in consonance with Ruling Party CCM Election Manifesto 2010-2015. FYDP I, launched in June 2011 is first of the three five year development plans envisaged to be implemented through 2025 aimed at transforming Tanzania into a middle income country by 2025 in consonance with the goals of the Tanzania Development Vision, 2025 (TDV).	en_US
